I had never seen a monster before, I had this misconception about how it would be. I thought for sure it would be dripping fangs and sharpened claws so to speak. I thought it should at least be easy to tell, that something so evil, so black would leave a mark. Some indication of the stained soul beneath, that if all was fair you should at least be able to tell, feel the evil coming off them.
