Shera is part of a guild of fighters. Each member has their own unique ability, and they all fight creatures to help save people and the world. Shera feels like she doesn't belong in her guild. She is new, barely knows the members, and they don't seem to trust her, but she has no choice, she doesn't believe she can fight on her own.
Then Shara meets Kail, a fighter from another guild. Shera had no idea there were other guilds. She had never heard of other fighters, but then she meets the guild, and she realizes that maybe she has a chance at real friends, a real family. Then strange things begin to happen to her. Things that no one can explain, no one can understand, but suddenly everyone wants her on their side.
