Anastasia Steele is a straight A career driven student who wouldn't let trifle things like love and emotions come in the way of her ambitions. She is nobody's fool and strives to prove just that. Christian Grey is the cliched version of the rogue, only he isn't as bad in reality as he is reputed to be. His struggles to find a middle ground in between protecting his bad boy image drifts him away from the only person who's friendship he considered important. And now he struggles for another reason altogether, as he is forced to watch her eyes glow with hatred every time she comes within a fifty feet distance.
Emotions run rampant in Escala high as two people struggle to stifle their growing feelings amidst the chaos that is their lives.
