Mature
Connor Hunter's life was as normal as everything was. He attended school regularly with his two best friends. He had average scores which for a guy of his age would be normal. He lived alone far from his parents because he wanted to be independent, no uncommon thing there.

One day, an accident occurs. He discovers that he had acquired some kind of ability to manipulate space and time. Everything goes downhill and he questions his sanity. Is he crazy? Could he be dreaming? Is this all real?

After a few encounters he realizes that he isn't the only ability weilder, there are others, some stronger, others smarter and each one is different.

Where will this realization come to? What will become of his everyday life? What happens when he meets more of his type?

There is only one way to find out, and I'll tell you this much,

It wont be easy.

In a school for super powered, supernatural students one doesn't fit in. She comes from the most prestigious family well known for their superpowers, yet Winter Mangalow is just a normal girl. Her family all keep telling her that one day her powers would shine through, but now at the age of seventeen almost eighteen she no longer believes them. Her school life is hell with everyone looking down on her because of her lack of powers. With her Dad being Principal though it meant she couldn't even attend a different school. Both the ban of her existence and the only joy in her day is one Caspian Anderson, the most powerful student in the school. When at school he acts like the biggest, most arrogant jerk she had ever known. But Winter has a secret, she knows Caspian very well. He may not acknowledge her at school but every afternoon he was all hers. He was the best friend that any girl could wish for. He was sweet, kind and funny. He never let the fact she had no powers bother him then at all. With the arrival of Zeke Worthington her life became in disarray. He understood her; he knew what it felt like to be the outsider. He told her he had come from a place where he was misunderstood too. Zeke seemed immensely happy to meet Winter, even though he befriended Caspian too. Why Caspian had a problem with it, Winter doesn't understand. It wasn't like he went out of his way to be friends with her during school hours. Even as Winter and Zeke get closer, Caspian becomes increasingly unhappy and agitated with her. She can't change things though, after all in the long run all she can prove is that she has no powers, but maybe she will be surprised.

39 parts Ongoing Mature

"I... I didn't see anything." I tried, not knowing where to look. I was curious enough to take glances at him. His dark hair was flopped into his face to obscure his chiseled jaw. He laughed out loud. "What exactly didn't you see, Harper?" He said my name as if tasting it. He sauntered over to me and stood a little too close. I pushed back against the kitchen counter. He guided my chin, so that we saw eye to eye. His eyes were the color of thunder showers. "That's what I thought. You saw everything." He seemed glum about it and let my chin go. He guided me to the kitchen table and sat me down. -- Harper Scott is as ordinary as high school seniors come. She has no idea of the world she lives in. Brandt Duncan is anything but ordinary. He yields the power of lightning and inhabits a world where a fight is to the death. Walking home from school, Harper witnesses a duel of sorts, where the weapon is a strike of blue lightning. The yielder of lightning is Brandt. He tries to erase Harper's memory with a zap of electricity, but it doesn't work. He pulls her from her ordinary life into a world of supernatural powers, power struggles and a sizzling connection that leaves them both breathless. Feedback is very welcome. Maturity: This story isn't erotically explicit. It does include fight scenes and displays of affection.
