Of course, once again, the description isn't going to do the story, you, me or anything good.
Think of this. As you are reading this, many, many other people are doing the same now, scrolling through a random fanfiction and enjoying, or grumbling over this description. and here's the thing.
What if another 'you' is doing that too?
And as I have typed this as well, I have been thinking. Much of my time has been sweated into this. But I have taken the trouble to come up with a one-liner introduction. And I think I have said it to you already. In an alternate parallel universe, that is.
But excuses being excuses, I actually didn't come up with one. Enjoy. :)

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
OR
Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
