Blankets

Underneath the blanket of illusion lies the cold, hard reality. The meaning of everything, how things really are underneath all the tricks and lies. Seeing through that illusion is a difficult thing to do, and very few people can manage to do that. It is so much easier to believe the lies that are fed to you by those who surround you, but if you're lucky enough, you are born with a small flicker of hope burning inside you. And if you're strong enough to take on that challenge, then that small flame can turn into a raging fire. And if that happens, you will have the ability to change everyone around you for the better or worse. It's a very fine line between better and worse: will anyone cross it? Is there anybody out there that has turned that flicker of hope into a large, flaming fire?
