We all have those days where we are anxious about a test or giving a speech in class. But what if every little thing gave you anxiety? Walking down the hallway, you would put headphones in so if people were really talking about you you couldn't hear them. Answering questions in class, forget about that. You wouldn't be able to raise your hand because you are to busy thinking about what if you got it wrong and everyone laughed. It doesn't matter how small the situation seems, anxiety makes it seem a whole lot bigger. Welcome to my hell hole of a life **** Anxiety triggers (probably not a thing but oh well) and maybe some Depression triggers (I haven't decided yet)****
