Earth's surface gave a deafening bellow, cracking itself, and our lives wide open. The world above it was sucked into the chasm that advanced towards our minuscular elementary school. The ground's convulsions grew stronger as the life-devouring hole inched its way closer to us. With a moan of defeat, the north wall of the building collapsed into a pile of dust. Edwin Jones from school was next. All over town, the sinkholes popped up, swallowing screaming people whole as they plummeted towards the ground. Something had to have caused this. I was always invested in science, I knew this wasn't just a freak of nature. I knew. The only problem was, other people knew too.

Every year another person got powers, and so, the search continued. But there was always one question on mr. Knight mind: Why 12 children the first time, and only one per year after that? And one thing was for sure: whenever someone gained powers, they had to give something up in return. It was never a choice. It was just the way it was. So, now that I've explained a bit about how this all started, let's fast forward to the present. It's now 2033. Mr. Knight has found 19 children, and Mr. Douglas, the leader of the other group, has found 10. That means... the 30th child is out there somewhere. Who will it be? And one more thing before I go-welcome to the world of Dark Light.

We have a mission in this lifetime, they have the same mission through all their existence. We change our mission with every lifetime, they don't. This would make some Angels feel anger for humankind and there are those who see it as the Father's command and wish and comply just as they were told to do. It is written they had a weakness for human females and it is also written they procreated with them. This story is about the first Angel born from a human female and an Angel who has lived among us since the beginning of time but we have come to the end of times and with it, Angels, the ones on our side, the ones against us, the ones who don't care, and us humans, are facing the end of existence right now.
