I had to get to safety.**After her parents and younger twin sisters died in a car crash, she had no way to learn to control her gift. She never understood what it was. She never had an idea, since she was too young to remember what happened when she used them, so now, at the age of fifteen, she had a nice foster family, and a lonely life. When she made a mistake to trust Cole, she had to dig herself out, and then try to figure out her real friends, Eli, Blizzard, Cher, Cole, Roxxii, and Micah. On the run, she had to learn to control herself. The stakes were high in the life of Nichole Everett.
