Did You Just Call Me "Mine"?
|| DISCONTINUED || UNEDITED || POORLY TITLED || Scarlet and Alice - two very different girls, but both with the same problem: possessive issues. Well, not them being possessive, more like the two guys that they bumped into (literally). Now, the New Kids - and their very, very large family - want everything to do with them. Not that Alice and Scarlet mind; they loved the warmth and safe feeling that crawled over them every time Ethan and Tristan were near them. But it confused them. The two girls start to find it difficult to stay away from the boys, seeing as Ethan and Tristan are constantly on nerve's-end from the day their long-lost uncle returned. The boys are acting strange around them, odd things that they brush off; growling, clenched-fists, overprotectiveness and hushed conversations... With a dark, destructive force trying to end their relationships (and something much more important) the girls are thrown into a world much larger than they ever believed existed. With everything at stake, will Tristan and Ethan be strong enough to hold on to the only beings that they could ever love? And will Scarlet and Alice be able to put their fears aside to love the raging beasts below the skin?Complete
Sadie, Enchanted
A story of growth. A story of friendship. A story of love. Also a story of constant clichés and some slightly-unbelievable-situations, but that's fine. It's the story of Cinderella. Or, at least, it's the story of Sadie and Noah, which happens to involve Cinderella. You see, this isn't just any Cinderella story. It's a story about two very different people who wind up in a quite peculiar situation together. Their only way out of this situation is to put differences aside and work together. Their journey, which involves a few fires, an idiotic prince, a couple of evil villains and, of course, a ball, awaits. Are Sadie and Noah ready to take on such a challenge? You'll have to read to find out. ** "Look, believe me or don't believe me, but look around you. You're here whether you like it or not." Constance said, crossing her arms as she floated behind the two. They turned around to face her. "And why are we here again?" Sadie asked, beginning for the first time to feel scared. She felt like she didn't know anything about life anymore. Everything had suddenly taken so many different turns. Nothing was what she thought it was. Constance uncrossed her arms. "Oh. I need your help to save Cinderella."Complete
Atlantis Academy: The First Element
Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?Complete
Cynical Souls
COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. This is the type of love you wish you found in high school but probably know way too well that it only exists as fiction. Today I'm turning my fiction to reality. ❣️•••❣️ Excerpt: Just as I was about to seek shelter under some building's roof, the tires of a car come to a halt, I wonder who might pity the lonely girl walking in the rain. The passenger window rolls down, and I spot the most unexpected person seated behind the wheel. "Get in" comes out his voice, and I must've stood there agape for a few moments because next comes his rhetorical question. "Are you getting in or continuing walking in the rain?" Eyebrows raised expectantly. He sounds annoyed, like he regrets his decision to ever stop and help me. ❣️•••❣️ #5 in cynical #2 in loveandfriendship #1 in opinionated #4 in ihatelife #10 in nerdgirl #10 in HighschoolRomance #26 in GoodGirlBadBoy *contains mature themes. *contains cursing.Complete

Dear Scott
"Growing up around fairytales, Disney princesses and teen films, we are raised to believe that happy endings are always in store for us. But more often than not, reality sinks in, and the happy ending doesn't occur. Especially in high school. The main reason I liked this book so much was because it was so real. It was a love that was destined to crumble from the start, and yet, you kept pushing your luck. We've all been there. The late night texts from your crush waking you up to talk about nothing, the unexpected butterflies when you see him, the gross flaws he possess that you don't seem to notice, or the small things he does that turn you on. Most importantly, we learn that love truly is blind. We're unobservant to the world around us when our teenage love obsession is staring down at us with those big, brown, adorable eyes of theirs. And then when we wake up from this dream-like state that is a first love, we realize that he's not this perfect, older, mature man... but this boy."Complete
