Daniel, just an average guy in the real world has bought a new game, first VRMMORPG(Virtual reality rpg game) that it's called Dreamland rpg. He'll meet many people, and will make many enemies, also some friends. This is his history that maybe changes all Dreamland society.
  
Followed by people he meets and trust, like the elf ranger Dave and hated by some people, he will uncover several truths that will make him and the guild he is making a target by the most powerful players and will put in risk everything he has worked for in Dreamland.

Eighteen year old gamer Mato Takahara is put in a dangerous position after taking part in a failed BETA test for the world's first virtual reality MMO game(Blades in Paradise) which resulted in him gaining dual personalities due to the AI that established his connection with the game world. The AI which has now gained sentience begins to struggle against Mato for dominance over his soul. Because of this, Mato finds himself embarking on a perilous path in-game in order to master his soul and as thus, restore the thin line which lies between the game world and reality. He in turn; encounters several friends along the way as well as several foes which he must overcome to reach his goal. Yet, the overall question remains... Can Mato gain mastery of his soul in time or will he sink into the abyss as his AI counterpart takes over his soul? First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX

Life, the most realistic, in-depth, virtual reality game on the market. The game lets people go into the video game and do a plethora of things. For example, survival games. On the 10th anniversary of the game, Doctor studios, the company that made the game, decided to host an event. Across the world, tournaments will be held, to see who can survive the longest in their game. Being given 100 days, a hundred players per tournament must survive. The rework for doing so is 100000 dollars and the opportunity to play in the bigger tournaments and win more money. But that 100000 dollars will be divided amongst the survivors, which meant that players would be battling amongst themselves to get the money for themselves. In one of these tournaments, was a boy who lived in a small town. After arguing with his friends, the boy ends up competing for solo without them. He soon finds himself as the most wanted person on that server. Will he survive on his own? Or will the multitude of small teams crush him? Find out in... "Life Is Fun".
