From the perspective of the dragon Nidhogg of Norse mythology. There's not much to be said, just give it a chance. It's almost impossible to waste your time with this because of its brevity. This is a myth adaption, meaning parts of the story aren't tailored to how Norse mythology really was written. I am aware of this, and intentionally strayed away from accuracy on some parts to better the story.

Aether

his is the story of how we first met. Not like all those other times we met for the first time, when I thought I knew you. It was when I knew it was you. When I knew that I never wanted to forget you. Do you remember? Our paths were endless but we chose each other. We had no idea how powerful we were. But the beauty of our love remains to this day. So I write the story of us to awaken you to me. And I whisper wishes to the stars that you come home. This is the story of how a boy fell in love with a girl. How the light fell in love with the dark.
