With plans to add skill force to his team, Donghae offers criminal offender, Tao, a chance to redeem himself by working with him. Tao joins the Military Intelligence unit led by Donghae and his two assistants, Suho and Namjoo, who are currently tracking down a drug trafficking group. The case gets out of hand when it leads to another issue: human trafficking. With a sudden lead on Donghae's missing friend the frantic search for the trafficking ring begins. To aid them, SWAT team leader Victoria and her call-in aids join them, but disagreements and misfits become the bigger issue between both groups. Will they ever be able to get anything done?
