This book is an entirely new series (Apart from Bernotas War Z). This is loosely based off of the show, Scream Queens.

(For anyone who personally knows me, Central will be exactly the same with the exception of a dormitory system.)

When the "Celibacy" club is forced to admit any new members, president member Emma Soden is forced to jeopardize her role as Queen Bee of Central High School and carry on the tradition of Celibacy Club. Coincidentally, a string of murders are happening at Central and the Celibacy club and any connections are the murderer's targeted subjects. As diverse students come into the club, and the murders becoming greater each day, students at Central are in grave danger.

You Must Remember This, de FranklinBarnes
45 capítulos Concluída
A misguidedly idealistic high school student founds a club to teach his classmates philosophy; when it becomes a cult, he must change course before the whole school drinks the Kool-Aid. Frank can think of no better way to prove his classmates have no moral compass than to write a manifesto satirically arguing for the virtues of selfishness; when this attempt at shining a light on his classmates' behavior is taken at face value, he creates a club to spread his teachings, hoping his ironies will be more obvious on a grander scale. The authoritarian rule of law he establishes meets little resistance from his club members, even as he wonders privately when they'll have enough and choose a more virtuous path. While Frank earnestly seeks to help his classmates, his methodology proves misguided in practice, and Frank must find where to draw the line before he permanently ruins his beloved high school. But then again, being a cult leader is too much fun to pass up... You Must Remember This adapts the foundation of Catch-22 in a high school setting, applying the same notion of dystopian bureaucracy to lampoon Silicon Valley's competitive spirit and, in these politically charged times, comment on the fragility of our own democracy. CW: minor character death (non-graphic), dark psychological themes (e.g. gaslighting), authoritarian regimes (including references to communism and Nazism) "Amazing, terrible, bourgeois horror" "At first I thought the story was about silicone implants" "I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves the classic American English course reading list or just wants to read something that will make them think."

Forget the queen bee. Forget the new girl. I'm...neither. Let's say just someone who knows too much for her own good. And people like me? We're usually typecast as background characters. Oh but would you look at that, now I'm the one telling the story. You know how these things go. Elite school. Rich kids. One glorified clique that runs everything and in this academy, that's the Literature Club. Don't let the name fool you. They haven't touched a novel in years, but they do write people off like it's a sport. Seven girls. Perfect on paper. Rotten underneath. Everyone wanted to be them, or at least used to. Because this semester, they are the trending topic for all the wrong reasons. One by one, its members are dropping like flies. Murders, ghost stories. Call it whatever helps you sleep at night. All I know is that someone remembers what they did. Someone hasn't forgiven. And someone might just be turning the page. So here I am, your local go-to for the latest hot tea. Nothing more than merely your correspondent for their downfall, watching their empire burn from the sidelines. Because revenge isn't just a dish best served cold. It's a story, and every story needs a killer ending. So keep your friends close, and the skeletons in your closet closer. Because trust me, darlings when I say that you wouldn't want to be them. 💋
