Thirty-seven years have passed since the world met it’s end. Today, an old nation is ripped in three. New Pangea, home to the Pure people - true humans in a land ravaged by ruin. Through the Rottwoods lies The Spooks, an industrial prison designed for the Cured - survivors once plagued by the Dahmer Disease. Beyond the barriers awaits Pandemonium, a wasteland of horrors where savage creatures lurk and dark witchery thrives. Milo A revenant fighting for freedom. Haunted by his past. - Nalani A healer destined to protect her people. She will do anything to save her family. - Eros A vindictive soldier living in exile. Burdened by a painful secret. - Blink A prisoner with no memory of who she is. She demands answers. These four strangers are in the midst of a brewing war where everything may not be what it seems. Together, they will fight to survive. Together, they must unravel the conspiracy corrupting their world. Note: This is not a final draft; being that it is so rough, it will still need several phases of editing. Feedback/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for reading and hope you enjoy! - C.W. Sabre

Milo is a Kaw-Sekhmu who has been dormant for over 150 years, waking up to a world that has changed beyond recognition. When he awakens in a morgue, he realizes that he can no longer stomach blood and has nowhere to turn for support. Milo's decision to turn to the first person he finds for support backfires when he misunderstands the significance of tattoos and turns a vegan, dooming them both. But just when Milo thinks things can't get any worse, his past comes back to haunt him in the form of an Egyptian deity from long ago, powered by a mysterious sect of people wearing black hoods. As Milo struggles to understand their plans and what they mean for the world, he realizes that the stakes are higher than he could have ever imagined. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "For as long as he lived and the many troubles he had. Milo had never once considered suicide a viable option. However, as of late, the wicket idea would simply pass threw his thoughts. He had never been in so much pain. He had never felt so alone. But the better question was. Would it even be possible? If he had really thought about it. If it was something he really wanted. Was there a way to kill him? He thought not, but surely nothing can last forever, not even him." (Disclaimer, I'm not great at spelling or grammar. I cannot get a professional editor, But I did my best.)
