The Craving

Rose Taylor. A normal 17 year old senior in high school. Intelligent, beautiful, athletic and has her two best friends Anna and Riley. Rose's father and mother died in a violent car crash when she was twelve, her Uncle Jon had taken custody and he raised her since then. Rose writes in her journal daily, if not at least every other day, writing down her thoughts and dreams. Her life had been going pretty smoothly until the day she met Cole Knight. Appears to be your average 18 year old, handsome, muscular, and everything else in between, but Cole was different. He had a strange twist. Cole is a vampire, of course everyone is unaware of his secret except his brother Kyle, who is also a vampire. Vampires are incredibly fast and strong, they are also capable of reading minds and controlling them. The stone Red Jasper keeps a vampire from getting into your head and controlling your mind. If you wear this stone, or have it on you, a vampire can't use their powers on you. Both Cole and Kyle were born in the 18 hundreds they have roamed the earth since then, feeding off of human blood but Kyle has gone off the edge, doesn't know when to stop feeding and Cole still has yet to teach him to control his urges. Kyle is enrolled in the same high school as Cole, so he can practice to control himself. Cole and Kyle began go to the same high school as Rose, trying to live an at least semi normal life. The day Rose meets Cole, her whole world is turned upside down, and will never be the same.
