After Peter Quill's childhood friend, Gwen Stacy moves away, Peter is faced with a bigger problem when his mother gets very sick. If his problems weren't already big enough, Peter gets abducted by aliens. Gwen Stacy being new to New York, meets another significant Peter. The two then become heroes in the future. Both of them meet again when Loki attacks a local bar where Quill currently works. Gwen Stacy (now the Spider-Girl) and Peter Quill (now the Legendary Star-Lord) then have a lot to catch up on. Can their friendship lead to something even more serious? Living as superheroes can endanger their everyday lives and maybe, even their relationship.
