The more time Elena spends with them the more she comes to see them as family and vice versa. She killed her brother in cold blood, and brought him back and blamed the attack on the beasts. Everyone believed her lie. Everyone but her mother, Esther. She was furious and did the only thing she could think of. She sent Angelyn to prison, not just any prison though, she wanted her to suffer. She sent her to a prison world where she was the only living being in the world. And every few hundred years she switched prison worlds so that Angelyn would still get to see the world. With Angelyn now in a 1994 prison world she meets a boy that goes by the name Malachai or Kai for short.
