The trouble with transferring police and authority units, is that you then become a freshman again.
Your ability to think for yourself gets taken away from you. The inability to stay confident in your field is a daily struggle especially faced with people who are smarter than you. You don't try to act smarter than them, you don't try to outsmart them, because you know they will win.
But you do know how to stay true to yourself. That truth is what wins people over as you confidently solve each case with the help of your team members.

Alison Lester, a recently transferred officer, is requested by the Behavioural Analysis Unit (BAU) in the FBI at Quantico, the confronting sights of blood, murder, killers, stalkers, and obscene things are now a daily occurrence. Definitely something she never had in the field office in LA.

But who knows, something positive may come out of this experience.
