Based off Doctor Who from the Classic era and nowadays;
Scar is a patch up-ed sort of clone of several different Time Lords (and ladies) including the Doctor himself but no one knows where she went during the war except one 15 year old human called Kat. The two will have to team up and save all their friends and families if they want to survive. But not everything is as it seems when it comes to the pair.
