A man born with a serve facial deformity, a girl with an angelic voice, and a king who only wants wealth. 

When King Raoul learns of Christine Daae's angelic singing voice, he wants to know if it is true. To see if what is said is true, King Raoul is giving a new song to learn for three days to prove if what people say is true.  As Christine practices the first song, she meets a man named Erik Destler, who offers to help her. 

As the days go by, Christine and Erik begin to fall in love. But Erik has a secret, will it ruin their love? Will Christine and Erik be able to be together or will they be forced be apart?
