After Freddy brought back Jason to kill for him to make the kids of Elm Street afraid of him again. After realizing Jason couldn't stop killing, he needed to get rid of Jason. They had a battle that ended in Freddy's head getting cut off.
While Freddy is back in hell he searches for a more suitable being to kill for him. One that he thinks will stop after just a few kills. Michael Myers.
But what will Freddy do when he realizes Jason is back for revenge on Freddy? Will Michael be on Freddy's side or Jason's side? Or will Michael try to kill them both?
