Welcome to the Hallowe'en edition of TOKYO GHOUL MAGAZINE! 

I apologize for the late publication, but hopefully next month things will go a lot more smoothly and on time! On top of this month's being October, it is also our first. It'll be a little short-handed, due to the lack of staffing, but hopefully by a certain point, we'll gain enough notoriety, and enough members to have a proper magazine before the end of the year.
