Carly is a 15 year old girl who's  studying abroad in Bikini Bottom. As she gets lost near the Cephalopod Lodge ( illuminati like building where Squidward gets admitted to in episode 115b ) she finds a mysteriously dreamy older man on the same abandoned road- except that he seems foreign too. Together, they help each other get to their destinations. However, under the dimly lit lamp post on her walk home, Carly desperately hopes to see this admirer again, a man whom she soon finds out is identified as... Patchy the Pirate.
