It's the year 2120. The population of the United States has increased to 7 billion people. President Dixton comes into office. He is determined to lower the population. He gets rid of the constitution and sends out an abundance of laws. Everyone gets a secret video camera implanted in their neck. Anyone who's breaks a rule shall be punished by death, but no one is told.
