The Solution

It's the year 2120. The population of the United States has increased to 7 billion people. President Dixton comes into office. He is determined to lower the population. He gets rid of the constitution and sends out an abundance of laws. Everyone gets a secret video camera implanted in their neck. Anyone who's breaks a rule shall be punished by death, but no one is told. Randy Jones is determined to find out the truth behind why his rule breaking family and friends start to disappear.
