A Student/Teacher Relationship?

Ludwig was just a normal student with a normal life, until he started Art. Ludwig just can't keep his eyes off the teacher, and after a while, he gets suspicious of why the teacher is giving him A's when he obviously ducks at drawing and sculpting, and painting. Does Mr. Vargas like him?
