Dova Ironheart was once a Huntress with a bad past. With the help of Gandalf she is able to escape but at a cost. Owing the old wizard a huge debt she goes to Bree to meet him and Thorin Oakenshield. Dova is forced into being Thorin's House-Carl. By a code of honor she must obey his every order and command though she doesn't want to. With her duties made clear and her eyes set on Erebor, her and the Company of Thorin Oakenshield travel with many obstacles to come. As Dova's dark past comes creepying in from behind it is getting harder for her to hide it from everyone she is ready to go insane. Thorin stays by her side and in his own stubborn way shows compassion towards the young Uzuan. Will Thorin be able to keep her in place or will she fall apart, bringing the company with her?
