Ella-Jane Smith wanted a fairytale, but she didn't want one with a happy ending. She wanted a fairytale with strife, blood, sweat and tears. One where the princess saved herself and there was no prince. Ella-Jane Smith wanted to travel back in time to when she was younger and the most difficult choices she had to make were deciding which Disney princess were her favourite and what bobbles she should put her pigtails in. Ella-Jane Smith was idealistic if you were being nice, delusional if you were not being. Ella-Jane Smith was a lot of things… but she was not someone defined by what people thought of her; she was also not someone who wanted or needed a prince charming. Maybe that's why she's got a Prince Jerk instead.
