A sketchy diary of a Muslim princess who has been captured my Arab raiders. The chief of the raiders, Chief Alababwa, is a foxy sort of man that is willing to enforce anything to get what he wants. While being held hostage in his stony prison, Amadala is introduced to the true God by her servant girl, Hamidah. Hamidah is a young servant girl who has the passion of The Lord within her shining out to all she encounters. Between dodging the watchful eyes of the guards, and the verbal interrogations of Chief Alababwa, Princess Amadala realizes what the true purpose of life is.

"And they plot and plan, and ALLAH plans and ALLAH is the best of planners" (Al-Quran) "Can you tell me to whom this diary belongs?" The person gave me a bored look and I took a long breath to ease the ache in my lungs. I don't think I've ever ran this much in my life. I gave him a pleading look. "Please?! It's really important!". The person looked at me with a face void of any emotions. "Please!!" I don't think I've ever used this word for anyone except my family. I just ordered and it happened. But it didn't seem to be happening right now. I took a last glance at the person giving him a desperate look, then ran to other people. One clue, Just one!! Alteast a little hint!! I kneeled down on the road, not caring about anything and pleaded to Allah Almighty, keeping the diary close to me as it's the most precious thing in the world, the beads present in its cover poking my chest, "Please Allah! I'm sorry for all the sins I've ever done in my life. Surely, You're the most merciful. Please, find me a way to her. Let me meet her. Oh, Allah! Only You know if I don't go to her, what will happen. Please help me." I looked at the diary, its beads shining in the sunlight, and still keeping it close to my chest, I sat at the pavement looking defeated but I won't lose hope. I would not lose hope!! Then I heard heavy footsteps and then someone placed a hand on my shoulder and I turned only to feel like all the trucks of the world attacked me at once. It can't happen. No, no please no!! NOO!!! ____ It's a tale of motivation, Faith, Iman, Tawaqqul, Taqwa, mystery, twists and true love It's a tale of a diary "It all started with a Hijabi's diary! In the wake of the Atavian invasion that tore through the empire of Akh-Seba, a group of prisoners escape their Atavian captors and spark the beginnings of a great rebellion. Calling themselves the Medjay after the fallen army of their empress, they work to claim back their empire piece by piece. When he was young, Tali aided the escape of the first Medjay. But when a series of catastrophes resulted in the death of the Kai, leader of the Medjay, and the near death of Tali's best friend and secretly held crush Atemu, he ran from their fortress in self-exile. Eight years have passed since then, and Tali hears rumours that assassins have a target on Atemu's head. Seeking to save his friend and the new Kai, he infiltrates the assassins, intent to take them out from within the Medjay fortress. And so he returns, prepared to die one way or another, but finds the reunion with Atemu to be both happier and more painful than he anticipated. Now he must face his past actions and the guilt that has been crawling under his skin for eight years, while learning what it is to forgive himself and accept he is worthy of the love he both feels, and is given.
