Dan's a lawyer and Phil is the CEO of a large graphic design company.
One day, Phil logs online to find out that his rival company has stolen his latest graphic design. Fed up with them constantly stealing ideas, he decides to take the matter to court. He gets assigned a brooding lawyer who doesn't seem to care about the matter, or law at all, further irritating Phil.
Just when everything seems to be going wrong, he finally makes a breakthrough with the mysterious lawyer Dan.
