Caroline Heffner, a.k.a. Linnie, has had a rough life. Her father's death left her devastated. Her recent break up with her long-time boyfriend is something she just can't get over. Her heart is not in a good place. She hides her heart break and only reveals it to her loving crew at the repair shop and her single mother.
