Daddy..

I thought he was a good guy. Who wouldn't ? He had a beautiful wife & five children. I walked into my parents bedroom only to see my dad hit my mom repeatedly across the face. The image still burns in my mind. Who pleading cries. His angry voice echoing off the walls. Then he saw me. Watching him beat up my mom. That's when he turned on me. Everybody thought I broke my arm while trying to skateboard with my brother. That's not the real story. He pushed me off the stairs when I threatened to call the police.
