In the vampire world, it is well known that The Volturi are the highest of the high, the best of the best. Defying their rules is a death sentence and challenging them is a suicide mission. Need proof? Well, the Romanian coven would be a perfect example. Don't see many of them around nowadays.
Alec is one of the most well known and highly feared members of the Italian coven - at least to the supernatural world, but what about to the humans? For one human in particular, she's going to learn just how dangerous his world is.
However that's not the problem. A coven, one that had been successfully hidden away for decades, has decided to make their presence known. Not only that, they have decided the Volturi are obsolete. Does this mean civil war? The end of the Volturi? Follow Alec to find out.
