Rose has been shipwrecked on a magical island since she was 6 years old. Five days before her 13th birthday she finds her mothers old mirror which turns out to be magic and receives a bottle with a message from her mother. She finds her mother's diary and old mirror which turns out to be magic with a girl inside of it. As danger arises she must accept the help of a young mischievous boy, the only other human being on the island beside marigold who is trapped in a magic mirror. As she unlocks the magic of the island and danger arises she must learn the power of friendship,faith,courage, love and trust.
