The Penguin asks Catwoman to kidnap the Ventriloquist puppet, so Penguin can hold it hostage and stop Scarface's gang from stealing his profits. Catwoman pulls of the caper only to discover that the Ventriloquist has declared war on the Penguins forces in retaliation, and neither villain is willing to back down.
