Kale is the heir to a once famous restaurant in Moncare Alley -- the central food district in the City of Pines. In the course of more than 5 decades, the restaurant has catered to all sorts of people including politicians, businessmen, celebrities and foreign dignitaries all over the world and has received numerous awards and citations for its excellence -- all thanks to a line of amazingly talented cooks. However, an unfortunate incident took Kale's Dad's life, leaving the restaurant to fall to its lowest for the first time in more than 50 years. Now, the responsibility of reviving the restaurant is in Kale's hand. But there is one tiny problem. She can't cook.
