The truth is he keeps all his emotions behind a book. This book he calls his hurt book because all emotions come with pain. Newly he has been feeling a new sorta feeling this scares him making him act even more obnoxious. However it keeps coming back like a reoccurring nightmare. He get it whenever Kenma is around.
