Maybelle Chase leaves her home town in Michigan and her best friends Hazel Mutters, Emmett Hutson, Florence Mutters along with her arch enemy Travis Kyle. She leaves with frizzy mid back length hair. Pale looking, acne filled face. She leaves ugly. She goes to England with her mother, Kendra, for a 2 year trip. Kendra desides London isn't the place she want to be.
