I'm just a teenager that has trouble sleeping. So I write poems of what I going on in my head at night. I decided to share them because I want to let people know what I'm going through and let them know that they are not alone, that I can help to.
Mostly depressive thoughts.

Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Can You Not: A Series Of Poems Written From Memories Of A Semi Hurtful Past
Poems from the heart that encase the emotions of an anxious, panic ridden fifteen year old girl who doesn't really have any experience with real love or heartbreak, but thinks she does. What I've learned from my "experiences" is that we get from a situation what we give to a situation. Even though, yeah, it's fucking hard sometimes to try and get over something or someone, we have to get over it at some point, or else what would be the point of waking in the morning and sleep in the night? There would be no point in anything. So try and beat what you thought was impossible to beat, fight what you thought was impossible to fight, and conquer the sickness you feel inside.Complete
