The monster next door is real. Paris, France. In an alternate future, the city is plagued by an unknown epidemic called The Mark. What appear to be everyday accidents are no more than a planned procedure, laid out by three local morticians and their head boss, Cale Grieves. Things are not always as they seem, however, and the balance of good and evil is thrown for a loop. For Malice, Spite and Cruelty, their lives shift from morticians to hunters as the sun rises and falls. With just a bite of Cerberus and a demon at the helm, these morticians make their own business. During one assignment, the brothers run in to something horrifying that changes their lives, and mission, entirely.
