A Night of Rain and Stars

I was walking on our street one night when this story came to mind. It's not much (and very cliche) and you can all say this is more of an experiment in writing. I've always wanted to write a story/novel but never had the time to finish one so for now, one shots will do.

The title is inspired by a novel of Maeve Binchy.
