Every culture has their own foretelling of the end of the world, with their own gods attributing to the destruction. Many tales talk of the gods coming to earth, and no one knows which one is correct. But the gods had their own foretelling, that at the end, they would fall to earth and experience the end along with mankind, as mortals, and they would survive to rise into divinity again, or they would perish alongside the humans who worshipped them. The end has come, and it is not like any end ever that has been foretold before. The dead walk the earth and the gods walk beside them.

Ragnarök the war of gods was said to be the end of the world. The humans were right about that, not however about the survivors, there was only one, Garmr. After the world was destroyed he recreated the world and brought the gods back to life, forever altering the timeline of the world, and dissapeared. 3000 years after the recreation, a similar person arrived in the lone planet, by the name of Alex Laster. It was said that he too had the power of the gods. On one day, around 20 years after something called the Great Divere, an accident happens, which led Alex into a coma. (This is more of an introduction for the setting of the story.)
