"I love you."  Three words. Three simple words. They don't have nearly as much of an effect if they're separated, but together, that phrase is one of the most powerful things you could say to someone. But how often do people take that phrase for granted? I hear people at school say it to each other constantly, but do they know what they're saying?  My name is Reece Williams, and starting from when I was little, I made a vow. That vow changed my high school life. I vowed to never utter the phrase "I love you" until I was absolutely sure that I loved that person. It definitely changed my life. I can't tell if it was changed for better or for worse, but all I can say is that I don't regret it.All Rights Reserved
