There once was a lonely little boy. No friends, No one to rely on, No companion. He sat in his bed one morning and waited for his parents to get home. Once he heard the tires on the gravel he, over excited with joy, jumped out of bed and ran to the door and asked his mom a question that he has wanted to ask her for a long time. "Mom..." said Jason, the little boy. He was quiet for a moment."Yes,Jason?" His mom asked concerned and a little worried."I...wanted to um ask if I could um get a puppy of my own for once?" He finally blurted out. His mom was quiet for a second. "Well oh I guess, but if you don't..." He interrupted her before she could finish."Thank you so much I've wanted a puppy for a long time but I.....never thought you would by me one. But then something happens.......

We reached the hospital and Ryder, still being gentle, jumped out of the car. Zach opened the doors for him and they rushed inside the emergency room. "We need a little help." Max asked the nurse at the table. SHe seemed a little bit annoyed. "Sir this is the trauma center. If you have an emergency that can wait...Oh my gosh." She spoke once she looked at me. "Dr!" She looked at a blonde woman walking by. "Yes?" The woman walked over with a smile on her face. The nurse pointed at me. "Over here." She lead the guys to a hospital bed that they laid me down. "If it means anything, she has panic attacks." Ryder explained. "Page Shepard." She told someone. "What's her name?" "Lucy." Ryder told them. Then, light people around me became blurs, than darkness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maybe you had some high school bullies, but I hope they weren't like Lucy Smith's bullies. Lucy Smith is entering into her first year of high school, going to school with her best friend and four out of her five older, protective brothers. Being part of the Smith family gives her some different effects on the the guys around her and some people don't take too kindly to that. The Second Giant War was gruesome. With only 3 of the 7 left alive, they demigods of prophecy left the camps. They were unable, or maybe just unwilling, to be in the places where their friends once walked. They chose to escape the world of demigods while they still could. They wanted to try for normal so that maybe, one day, they could forget any of it ever happened. They wanted peace and safety. Nico... well, Nico had other ways of coping. ------------- Nico had had a long life. 16 years old, plus however many had passed in that cured casino had left little joy in his life. He couldn't go to either camp or the underworld without feeling like his chest would explode from the pain. He knew she was in a better place.
