Lux Bonteri and Ahsoka Tano have been through a lot together. Their meeting was the catalyst in their shared discovery that the Clone Wars, and the politics that had formed the divide between peoples and caused it to break out in the first place, were not as black and white as they had once thought.

Then, Ahsoka saved Lux from letting his desire for revenge take control of him. She pulled him back from the brink just before he could make a terrible mistake and place his trust in the wrong people. As he would later realize, she helped him see the true nature of things more clearly as he had done once for her soon after they first met.

Their paths crossed again in the struggle to free Onderon from an unjust king with a suspicious amount of Separatist backing. And though Lux's budding affections for her had begun to turn to another, their bond remained as strong as ever.

After Republic rebel uprising ended in victory, they had to go their separate ways again; Lux to become Senator for Onderon, and Ahsoka to her duties as a Jedi. But what then?
