When Love Lasts
SHORT STORY!! There are three things you should know before you start reading our story. One, my name is Vanessa and I'm a fucking idiot. I'm not stupid or anything, I just make idiotic choices that make my life so much harder. Two, this isn't a very good story. Nothing here is perfect and I'm not a very good story teller. It's messy, crazy, unplanned, and at times, it's just fucking stupid. Three, I've always wondered what the point of life is. Being a second choice for everyone around you will make you feel small, invisible, so what's really the point. That always leads me to the question: What is life? Welcome to high school... or more like, my personal hell. Where I'll be judged on my appearance. Where the drama will fill my head with anxiety. Where I should be worrying about schoolwork, but I sorta won't. Where I probably won't love the people around me. Where my heart will be broken multiple times. Where I will fail the big test I studied for all night. Where I will spend most of my day wishing I was elsewhere. Where I will make friends and enemies. Where I will get into fights and learn painful lessons. Where six valuable hours of my day will be wasted. Where I will see a lot of people that I really don't want to see. I felt the tears rise and I looked down for a minute, gathering all of my resolve. I looked up again and stared him right in the eye. "You know what? I trusted you!" I jabbed my finger in his chest and he recoiled. "I trusted you and you broke my trust. I trusted you to keep the secret. I trusted you enough to tell you everything. I trusted you to keep my trust. I trusted you." I told him and he flinched as my voice broke in the end. I looked away from him and at everyone else in the room. "And you wonder why I never trust. You know what? I can't do this. Older Brothers
Drama. Drama. Drama. That pretty much describes my life. I mean when your living with your 7 older brothers, 5 cousins, best friends, and a 3 month old baby, life can't get any better! And then there's school. Well school is school. Loaded with a the different 'groups' of kids. The geeks, popular, etc. And last but not least, my parents. We don't even know where they are most the time since they go on business trips after business trips. They come for for a week at the most and leave again. My family is not rich, but not poor.
