Some new students transfer into Ouran Academy. The cheerful blonde American Alfred, his proper British friend Arthur, their happy-go-lucky Italian friend Feliciano, his strong, intimidating-looking boyfriend Ludwig, the french flirt Francis, the quiet, slightly creepy Russian named Ivan, Feli's older brother Lovino, Lovino's spanish boyfriend Antonio, Ludwig's "Awesome" brother Gilbert, quiet, reserved Kiku, quiet, almost invisible Matthew Williams, and cheerful, intelligent Yao.
Tamaki recives word of the transfer and is told by his father, the school chairman, that his club must show the new students around.
