Maia is almost twelve. She's about to receive a letter of acceptance to Hogwarts and simultaneously - unbeknownst to her - a satyr is trying to track her down to take her to Camp Half-Blood. Unknown to her, monsters are now tracking her, monsters far beyond the reaches of the knowledge of Hogwarts - because these are creatures from Greek Mythology, ones that would never have bothered the Wizards had they not incidentally stolen a demigod from them. Maia is starting to get a hold on her powers - both witch and demigod - but will she be able to do it before Hogwarts is destroyed?
