In a dystopic America, technology has advanced to the point that we can arrest criminals before they even commit any crime, by checking the hue of their psycho pass. A psycho pass measures the mental state, personality and probability a person will commit a crime. In a seemingly perfect world where the Sybil system, determines what job you have, who you're compatible the most with to marry, and where the latent criminals are isolated from the public, how far is relying on technology too much?
