Short, pulpy, unrelated chunks of mech-suit based violence. Abrupt, harsh and largely meaningless they are exactly what they set out to be. At least I think so.

"Oh there she goes straight for the kill" laughed Liem. Mom just started laughing clearly enjoying the attention. That was her last kill, she just won the games. I woke up screaming and crying realizing it was a dream. I just rocked back and forth on the floor. All I could see in my head was my sister's face pleading with our mom for mercy.
